NriDirect is a UK-based immigration document assistance service. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller under the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect personal data necessary to process your application, including: full name, email address, phone number, passport details, date of birth, nationality, address, and supporting documents.
Your data is used solely to prepare and submit your immigration document application, communicate with you about your order, and process payments. We do not use your data for marketing unless you have given explicit consent.
We share your data only with: the Indian High Commission and VFS Global (as required for your application), our payment processor (Razorpay), and our email service provider. We never sell your data.
We use TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access is restricted to authorised team members only.
Personal data and documents are retained for a maximum of 12 months after your application is complete, after which they are permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the ICO.
