Our services include application form preparation, document verification, VFS appointment booking, and application tracking. The final decision on any application rests with the Indian High Commission.
Service fees are as listed on our website at the time of ordering. Government fees and VFS fees are separate and payable directly by you. All prices are in GBP.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents. Providing false information may result in application rejection and we accept no liability in such cases.
We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by the Indian High Commission, VFS Global, or third parties. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
