If we have not yet begun work on your application, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee. Once application preparation has started, a partial refund may be available depending on the stage of work completed.
Government fees and VFS Global fees are paid directly to those organisations and are non-refundable through NriDirect. You must contact VFS Global or the Indian High Commission directly regarding any refunds of their fees.
If your application is rejected due to an error on our part, we will re-prepare and resubmit your application at no additional service charge. If rejection is due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, standard fees apply for re-preparation.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will review your request and respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.
