How it works#

The route depends on which passport you hold, because Indian and foreign passport holders follow genuinely different procedures.

If you hold an Indian passport:

1. Send us clear images of your passport (front and back) over WhatsApp or email.
2. We draft the application and reserve your VFS appointment slot.
3. You receive the finished application package and your appointment letter.
4. You attend VFS with the printed documents.
5. At the appointment you settle the VFS PCC fee (around £27.44) plus delivery.
6. Your certificate follows in roughly 2 to 5 weeks, once police verification is complete.

If you hold a British or other foreign passport:

1. We send you the PCC form pre-filled; you complete the handwritten sections.
2. Email the form back to us.
3. We review it and lock in your appointment.
4. You pay the £30 fee at the centre on the day.
5. Your certificate is usually issued in 10 to 15 days.
